On The Road Panama event is complimentary (free). Accommodation, transportation, parking, and other costs outside of the agenda will not be provided.

Welcome Cocktail Reception on May 5, 2026.

The full-day conference on May 6, 2026 includes morning coffee and snacks, mainstage keynotes, panel discussions, a hosted lunch, and an afternoon networking reception.

Partner Day on May 7, 2026 includes breakfast, lunch, and activity. (exclusively for partners)

Badge pickup will take place onsite on May 5 (3:00–5:00 PM) and May 6 (8:00–9:00 AM). A government-issued ID is required to ensure smooth check-in on the day of the event.

All attendees must have a badge to participate in the event and are required for entry.

May is the start of the rainy season with daily temperatures ranging from 75°F (24°C) to 88°F (31°C) and high humidity. With expected rain during this week, please make sure you pack accordingly. Click here for the up-to-date weather forecast.

The attire for the Welcome Cocktail Reception is casual. Think comfortable, relaxed clothing suitable for a warm evening. The attire for the On the Road event is business casual.

A hosted welcome cocktail reception will take place on May 5, 2026.

On May 6, 2026, the conference will include morning snacks, coffee and tea service, a hosted buffet lunch, and organized group dinner arrangements.

Travel Documents

• Valid passport with at least six months of validity.
• Return ticket to your country of origin or next destination.
• Minimum economic solvency of US$500,* demonstrated by: Cash, Credit card, Bank reference, Employment letter or Traveler’s checks.
• Address of your accommodation and reason for the trip.
• Immigration Form: Travelers may be required to complete an immigration/customs declaration upon arrival.
• Tourism Fee: Panama does not charge a separate tourism levy. Some nationalities may need a Tourist Card (typically USD 20), which is often included in the airline ticket—please confirm with your airline.

Visa requirements to enter Panamá

• Citizens of most countries do not need a visa to enter Panamá and can stay for a maximum of 90 days.
• Some countries require special permits such as a stamped visa or authorized visa. These visas must be obtained prior to travel and have different requirements.

Health & Safety

• Required Vaccines: While it is advisable to get vaccinated against yellow fever before traveling to Panamá, it is no longer mandatory to present a vaccination card upon entering Panamanian territory.
• Panamá does not currently have any restrictions due to COVID-19, but check updated information here. In any case, we recommend you always travel with your vaccination card.
• It is recommended that you bring sunscreen and insect repellent, as Panama has a tropical climate.
• Keep your embassy’s contact information handy in case of emergency.
• Stay hydrated and be mindful of heat and humidity, especially when outdoors.

Getting Around

• The nearest airport is Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City.
• Uber is widely available, reliable, and commonly used in Panama City.
• Taxis are also available; however, ride-hailing apps are generally recommended for convenience and transparency.

Currency

• The official currency is the US Dollar (USD), which is widely used alongside the local Panamanian Balboa (PAB) (coins only).
• Credit cards are broadly accepted in hotels, restaurants, and shops, but carrying some cash is useful for taxis and small vendors.
