On The Road Bali event is complimentary (free). Accommodation, transportation, parking, and other costs outside of the agenda will not be provided.

Registration includes access to the welcome cocktails and canapés on September 8, 2025. The full-day conference on September 9, 2025 includes morning coffee and snacks, mainstage keynotes, panel discussion sessions, hosted lunch, and afternoon networking reception, with hosted breakfasts taking place for Partner and Regional Customer Meetings on September 10, 2025.

Upon completing the registration form, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you used to register.

Onsite registration and badge pick-up will take place on September 8, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and on September 9, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

Please bring a government-issued ID to ensure smooth check-in on the day of the event. All attendees must have a badge to participate in the event and are required for entry.

For the Welcome Reception, we suggest beach casual attire. Think comfortable, relaxed clothing suitable for a warm, possibly seaside setting. The attire for the On the Road event is business casual. This generally means smart, professional clothing that is less formal than traditional business wear.

A hosted welcome cocktail reception will be held on September 8, 2025. Morning snacks, coffee/tea service, a hosted buffet lunch, and separate group dinner arrangements are provided as part of the conference on September 9, 2025.
